Honestly? It varies wildly depending on scope and complexity. Residential projects might start around $15K for basic design services, while commercial or urban planning gigs can run into six figures. We're pretty transparent about costs from the get-go though - nobody likes surprises on the invoice.

Yeah, we do. We've had projects across Ontario and occasionally further out if it's the right fit. Travel costs get factored in, but if your project's interesting enough, we'll make it work.

For a residential project, you're looking at 3-6 months from concept to construction-ready drawings. Commercial stuff takes longer - maybe 6-12 months. But we're not gonna drag it out just to bill more hours. We move at whatever pace makes sense for your timeline.
